Kids party packages include a professional dance host (the lovely Estella!) to run games, lead dance-offs and keep the energy high, and you can choose your own theme, from disco fever to 90s throwback or full glow party.

Adult parties and event hire includes delivery, set-up and collection, with the option to add a dance host for an hour at an extra $200 if you’d like someone to really get the dance floor pumping.

🎧 Silent Disco Kit – User Manual

Thank you for hiring our Silent Disco kit. Please read this guide carefully so you can enjoy your event and return the equipment safely.

1. What’s in the Kit

• 20 wireless headphones (19 if you hire a host)

• 1 Bluetooth transmitter (pre-paired ready)

• Charging cables and power boards

• Audio input cable (AUX/3.5mm or supplied adapter)

• Carry case

2. Setting Up

  1. Everything will be charged first

    Plug headphones into the charging hub until the lights show full charge. Make sure the transmitter is also plugged in.

  2. Connect the transmitter

    • Switch the transmitter on using the power switch on the side

    • Hold down the Bluetooth button until the transmitter appears in your Bluetooth list on your phone or music device

    • It will show up as TX-60 RF

    • Tap to connect and wait until you hear the pairing sound

    • Start your playlist or music app and check the transmitter light is stable

  3. Turn on the headphones

    • Find the rolling volume switch on the side of each headset

    • Slide to “on” and the headphone light will come on

    • Adjust the volume to your preference

    • All headsets must be on the same channel (Channel 1)

You should now hear music in the headphones.

3. During Use

• Stay within 50 to 100 metres of the transmitter for the best sound

• Keep the equipment away from water, sand, and extreme heat

• Do not leave headphones on the ground if outside. Use tables or mats

• Adjust headphone volume using the rolling switch

• Dance moves are entirely up to you

4. Packing Away

  1. Turn off all headphones by sliding the switch to off

  2. Wipe each headphone gently with a dry cloth

  3. Place headphones neatly back into the carry case

  4. Pack cables and transmitter securely in their compartments

  5. Return everything charged and tidy to avoid extra cleaning or charging fees

5. Troubleshooting

• No sound: Check your phone or device is still paired with TX-60 RF, make sure the transmitter is powered, and ensure volume is up

• Interference: Move closer to the transmitter and make sure all headphones are set to the same channel

6. Pick Up and Drop Off

We drop off and pick up. Equipment must be dropped off by 6pm of evening event and collected by us before 8.30pm. Late returns or overruns may incur an additional $100 per 30 minutes add on.

A $500 bond is required and will be held until all headphones are checked on return. Any damage or breakages will be deducted before the bond is released.

7. Terms and Conditions

• You are responsible for all equipment during the hire period. Any lost, damaged, or broken items will be charged at replacement value and taken from your deposit.

• Do not expose the equipment to water, sand, or extreme weather conditions

• Equipment must be returned clean, dry, and charged

• Use the kit only for its intended purpose. No modifications or repairs should be attempted

• The hirer agrees to ensure safe use of the equipment and take reasonable care at all times
