Elephant Sanctuary Trip - Half Day
If you’ve ever dreamed of seeing elephants up close in real life, our sanctuary experience offers the opportunity to do so in a responsible and respectful way. Here, elephants live freely in a natural, spacious environment where their wellbeing is always the top priority.
Visitors can watch the elephants forage, play, and interact with one another, and may also have the chance to feed them fruit under the gentle guidance of our experienced elephant carers. Guided walks and supervised mud or bath time experiences let you witness their natural behaviours without causing any stress or disruption. These quiet, respectful interactions create lasting memories while ensuring the elephants remain safe, comfortable, and dignified.
Some of our retreaters took part in this trip in 2025 and described it as an absolute highlight of their week — a truly magical, grounding experience. For our 2026 retreats, there will be time in the itinerary for this optional excursion, and Vic will organise the whole thing in advance so you can simply show up and soak up the experience.
